Plan your TV wall before asking for a quote
Write down the screen size if you know it, where you would like it positioned and which devices you already have. Then note the shelves, lighting, socket or wiring work you want to discuss.
Decide what should be included
The TV-wall service covers the wall work you request. The TV and audio equipment are not included in the price. Ask for bracket mounting or socket work to be clarified in the quote.
The image is a living-room design concept from Villa Design post 7. It is not a completed TV-wall project and does not confirm materials, dimensions, socket locations, wiring, installation details or technical suitability.
Start with the screen and the wall
Share the screen size if you already know it and say which wall and approximate screen position you want to discuss. You do not need to work out technical measurements before the conversation.
We measure the wall and screen location. Use your notes to explain the request; do not take dimensions or mounting details from a design image.
List your devices and storage needs
Name the devices you already have and want near the screen, such as an audio system. Say whether you want shelves or other storage discussed.
The TV and audio equipment are not included in the wall-work price. Sharing what you have helps explain what needs a place; it does not mean equipment is supplied.
Choose the wall finish, shelves or lighting to discuss
Note the wall finish you would like to choose and whether you want shelves or lighting. Shelves and lighting are added when requested; list the items you want considered in the quote.
The concept shows a screen on a central wall feature, seating in front and tall windows on either side. Use it to describe a look you like, not as a template or proof of materials, dimensions or a completed project.

Ask about the bracket, sockets and wiring
Point out any socket or wiring details you want the team to consider. Screen-area and wiring preparation depend on the agreed work, so ask what will be included for your wall.
If you want the screen bracket mounted or a socket moved, ask for each item to be stated in the quote. Do not assume a particular installation or that wires can be hidden.
Review the quote before work starts
Check that the quote lists the wall finish, screen-area and wiring preparation as agreed, and any shelves or lighting you requested. Installation and cleanup are included; confirm the requested items and exclusions in writing.
The TV and audio equipment are not included in the price. The agreed fixed price is written into the contract before work starts. A wall photo can help explain the request, but photos are optional.

Are the TV and audio equipment included in the price?
No. The TV and audio equipment are not included in the TV-wall price. List the devices you already have so their place can be discussed.
Does the work include mounting a bracket or moving a socket?
Ask for bracket mounting or socket work to be clarified in the quote. Do not assume either item is included unless it is listed in the agreed work.
Can you prepare the screen area and wiring?
Screen-area and wiring preparation depend on the agreed work. Ask for the exact items to be written in the quote; no particular wiring method or hidden-wire result is assumed.
