Plan the rooms you want to change
You do not have to start with the whole home. List the rooms you want to discuss, what you would like to keep, and whether the home is in use now. These details can help you prepare a clear brief before discussing the scope.
Start with your rooms and priorities
The home and apartment interior service says you can request selected rooms, such as a living room, entrance or bedroom. Use this guide to prepare the details you want to discuss.
The image is a design concept from post 4. It shows a seating area with a sofa, chairs, a table, a fireplace wall and windows; it is not a completed-project photo or evidence about a real home.
Choose the rooms or areas you want to change
Make a short list of the rooms you want to discuss and what you would like to change in each one. You can focus on selected rooms rather than planning a whole-home redesign.
The home interior service includes measuring and designing the requested rooms. Note any priorities you want to explain when you discuss those rooms.
Note what you want to keep
List furniture, appliances and belongings that should stay. Say what you hope to change, and mention anything that may need to be moved or a room that may need clearing.
The concept image shows a sofa and chairs around a table, with a fireplace wall and large windows. Use it only as a visual reference for a design idea; it does not show your room or confirm what is included in your project.

Separate decor from additional items or work
Furniture, appliances, moving belongings, plumbing and electrical work are not automatically included in the decor price. If you want to discuss any of these, list them separately.
Ask for the agreed work and any additional items to be clearly described in your quote. Plumbing or electrical requests need review and clear mention in the quote.

If the home is occupied, discuss the rooms affected
Tell the service contact whether people are living in the home and which rooms you expect to be part of the work. Ask how the requested work may affect access to those rooms.
Whether the home can remain in use during work depends on the type of work and the rooms affected. Discuss this before starting; do not assume that every room will remain available.
Prepare a brief before reviewing the quote
Bring your room list, what you want to keep or change, any clearing or moving questions, and the additional work you want reviewed. You can describe the rooms first; photos are optional if you have them.
Agree on the requested work and its order before starting. Confirm the rooms and items you discussed in the quote. For general questions about the company process, see the separate guide.
