This guide explains how a villa interior is designed and carried out, from the first conversation to handover, and what is written in the contract.

What villa interior design covers
Villa interior work can include the entrance, majlis, living and dining areas, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and service areas such as the laundry.
Depending on your choice, it covers ceilings, lighting, paint, wall and floor finishes, wardrobes, TV units and made-to-measure joinery.
The whole villa, or selected rooms
You do not have to redesign the whole villa. We work on the whole house or on selected spaces, and when several rooms are included, we design them to work together and plan the order of the work with you.
Start with a clear brief
A good villa design starts with three things, and we go through each one with you:
- The look you want: the style, colours and feeling, from your own taste or a picture you like.
- Your daily needs: who lives in the villa, how you receive guests, and where you need storage and lighting.
- What the space allows: we measure the spaces and look at the lighting and current layout, then suggest a layout that suits each one.
If you already have a design from another designer, we review it with you against your villa's measurements before work starts.
The steps, from first conversation to handover
Every step is agreed with you before the next one starts.
- Discussing your needs: you tell us what you want to change, and we explain the next step.
- Measuring: we measure the villa ourselves and look at the spaces, lighting and current layout.
- Design and approval: our design team prepares the design, and we adjust it with you until you approve it. The design, materials, price and duration go into the contract before we start.
- Execution: our own team does the work, and one supervisor follows up with you.
- Review and handover: we review the work, details and lighting with you against the approved design before the last payment.
What the price includes
The price depends on the design, the materials, and the number and size of the spaces. After measuring and approving the design, you receive a detailed written price.
Each room's work and the items you will receive are written in the quote. Construction work, appliances or extra furniture are included only if agreed and written down. The price is fixed for the agreed work, and any addition is discussed with you first.
Living in the villa during the work
Whether you can stay in the villa depends on the rooms, the work and any services that may stop for a while. We review this with you before setting the order of the work.
We cover the floors and corridors from the entrance to the work area, separate it with a barrier that limits dust, take waste out in closed bags, and work at agreed times.
Who does the work and who follows up
The same company designs and carries out the work, with its own team and no subcontractors. One supervisor, whose name and number you have, follows up with you and sends you photos of the work every day on WhatsApp.
Payments are in stages, the last one after you review the villa. There is a written warranty on workmanship and installation, according to your contract.

Questions before you start your villa
Do I have to do the whole villa?
No. Tell us which rooms you want in your message. We can design the whole villa or selected spaces, and we explain the work we can agree on.
I have a design from another designer. Can you carry it out?
Yes. Send it to us, and we review it with you against the measurements, materials and details before confirming the work.
Are furniture and appliances included in the price?
Not automatically. Every item we supply must be written in the quote.
How much does villa interior design cost, and how long does it take?
Both depend on the design, the materials, and the number and size of the spaces. After measuring and approving the design, you receive a detailed written price, and we write the duration in the contract.
How do you choose the details with me?
We choose the style, colours, materials and lighting with you as part of the design, then write their type and grade in the contract.
Do you work outside Dubai?
