This guide explains how a new or renovated kitchen is planned and built, from measuring to handover, and what the price includes.

What does a made-to-measure kitchen mean?
Made-to-measure cabinets are designed for your kitchen's dimensions, not taken from standard sizes.
We measure the walls, corners, ceiling height, windows and doors. Then we arrange the upper and lower cabinets so no space is lost in the corners, and doors and drawers open without blocking each other.
The steps, from photos to handover
Every step is agreed with you before the next one starts.
- Tell us what you want to change, and whether you are keeping your current appliances.
- Measuring: we measure the kitchen ourselves and check the water and electrical points.
- Design and approval: our design team prepares the kitchen, and we adjust it with you until you approve the final design.
- Written price: the quote shows what we will install and what needs extra work.
- Execution: our own team builds and installs the kitchen, with one supervisor following up with you.
- Handover: you check the cabinets, installation and operation against the approved design before the last payment.
Plan the layout around how you cook
Arrange the kitchen in the order you use it: storing, washing, preparing, then cooking. Keep the fridge, sink and hob close and clear of obstacles, and leave a clear stretch of worktop between the sink and the hob for preparation.
Appliances, worktop, ventilation and lighting
Fix every appliance position before the cabinets are designed. Send us your appliance sizes; every appliance needs a power point, and some, such as a dishwasher, need water and drainage.
Choose a worktop that handles heat, water and stains and is easy to clean. Ask whether it is affected by hot pans and how the joints look. We write your choice in the quote.
Plan the cooker hood and its air outlet before the upper cabinets are made. A hood that takes air outside removes smells and moisture better than one that recirculates it.
Ceiling light alone leaves your shadow on the worktop, so lighting under the upper cabinets helps. We add it if you ask for it.
Islands and small kitchens
An island suits you if there is comfortable space to move around it on every side. In a narrow kitchen, it blocks movement and the opening of doors and drawers. Send us the measurements, and we check with you whether one fits.
In a small kitchen, cabinets up to the ceiling add storage without taking floor space, and drawers let you use their full depth.
What the price includes
The price depends on the size of the cabinets, the worktop, the materials and the work needed. We set it after measuring. These items are not included automatically:
- Appliances such as the fridge and oven.
- Removing the old kitchen and taking the waste away.
- Any change to pipes or electrical points.
Everything included is written in the quote. The price is fixed for the agreed work, and any addition is discussed with you before it is done.
Who does the work and who follows up
Our own team does the work under the company's supervision, with no subcontractors. One supervisor, whose name and number you have, follows up with you and sends you photos of the work every day on WhatsApp.
We cover the floors and corridors from the front door to the kitchen, and separate the kitchen with a barrier that limits dust. Payments are in stages, the last one after you check the kitchen. There is a written warranty on workmanship and installation, according to your contract.

Questions before you renovate your kitchen
Does the kitchen price include the fridge and oven?
No, appliances are not included automatically. Send us their sizes so we allow for their positions in the design, and anything we supply is written in the quote.
How much does a kitchen cost, and how long does it take?
Both depend on the size of the cabinets, the worktop, the materials and the work needed. After measuring and approving the design, you receive a detailed written price, and we write the duration in the contract.
Can I use my kitchen during the work?
Not at every stage, especially during removal and installation. We agree this with you before we start.
I have a design from another designer. Can you build it?
Yes. Send it to us, and we review it with you against your kitchen's measurements before work starts.
Do you build more than one kitchen in the same project?
Yes, such as a main kitchen and a preparation kitchen. We design them to match and arrange the work with you.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes, across the UAE. Tell us your area.
