This page explains, step by step, what happens after you send your request. You will know who does the work, who follows up with you, when you learn the price and how you receive the finished work.
The short answer
Almashhad Sky Technical Services is an interior design and renovation company in Dubai that serves the whole UAE.
Our own team does the work. We do not hand it to subcontractors.
One supervisor follows your project. You know the supervisor's name and have their number.
You receive a written price in the contract before we start. Payments are in stages, and the last one comes after you check the work against the agreed design.
There is a written warranty on workmanship and installation, according to the terms in your contract.
How do you start with us?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or call us. Tell us your area and what you want to change.
Mention the type of place: an apartment, a villa, an office or a shop. Tell us what you do not like about it now.
If you have photos of the space, send them, as they help us understand your request. If you have no photos, contact us anyway, and we will ask you what we need.
Then we arrange an appointment, come and measure the space ourselves. We explain the details of the visit to you before we book it.
Design and approval: you choose with us before work starts
Our design team suggests a look that suits your space and how you use it. If you already have an idea or a finished design, we carry out your idea.
You choose the look and the materials with us. Then we agree the final design with you before any work begins.
The same team follows the project from design to execution, so nothing we agreed gets lost between different parties.
Price and payments: written before we start
After measuring and agreeing the design, you receive a detailed written price.
The price covers the work written in the contract. Any extra work is agreed with you in writing before it is done.
The price depends on the size of the space, the amount of work and the materials you choose. That is why we set it after measuring, not before.

What is written in the quote and the contract?
We write down the details that matter to you, so nothing is left to a verbal promise. In the quote you will find, for example:
- The work required, in detail.
- The materials and their grade.
- The fittings, and who supplies them.
- Any change to the position of plumbing or fittings.
- The duration of the work and the payments.
Read the quote calmly before you sign. If you have a question about any item, ask the supervisor or the team before we start.
The work itself: our own team and one supervisor
The work is done by the company's own crews, under its supervision. We do not give any part of it to a subcontractor.
One supervisor follows up with you from the start. You know the supervisor's name, you have their number, and you can ask them anything directly.
The supervisor sends you photos of the work every day on WhatsApp, so you know how far the work has come wherever you are.
In a bathroom renovation, for example, the supervisor sends you photos of the waterproofing and plumbing before the tiles cover them.
Looking after your home during the work
Before we start, we agree with you on working hours and what you need at home while the work is going on.
In a bathroom renovation, for example, we cover the floors and corridors from the front door to the bathroom. We separate the work area with a barrier that limits the spread of dust.
We take waste out as we go, in closed bags, and tidy the work area at the end of each day.
After the work, we clean as agreed, with a team from our sister cleaning company, part of the Almashhad Sky group.
Handover and warranty
Before the last payment, you check the work against the design you approved: the finished work, the fittings and how everything operates.
There is a written warranty on workmanship and installation, according to the terms in your contract. You can read its details in the contract before you sign.
Who is our way of working for?
It suits you if you want one company responsible from design to handover, and you want the materials and details written in the contract.
It may not suit you if you are looking for the lowest quote above everything else, or you want to start without an agreed design. We say this from the beginning, so neither your time nor ours is wasted.
Where do we work?
We are based in Dubai and serve all of the UAE. Send your area with your request so we can arrange the visit.
We work in homes, villas, offices and shops: bathrooms, kitchens, majlis, bedrooms, ceilings and more.
Questions and answers
Do you do the work with your own team or with subcontractors?
With our own team. The work is done by the company's own crews under its supervision, and we do not give it to subcontractors.
Who follows up with me during the work?
One supervisor whose name and number you have. The supervisor follows up with you from the start and sends you photos of the work every day on WhatsApp.
When do I know the price, and can it change during the work?
You know it before we start, written in the contract after measuring. Any extra work is agreed with you in writing before it is done.
How are payments made?
